Privacy

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, and a phone number if you add one. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash; we can't read it.
• Payments: the package you ordered, the account you paid to, the name you paid from, the reference number, and the receipt screenshot or PDF you send.
• Use of the site: the businesses you unlock and save, and security records such as your IP address, browser type, sign-ins and unusual activity.
• Cookies: one session cookie that keeps you signed in. If the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for its captcha, Cloudflare may also process data to tell people from robots.

Why we use it

• To run your account, add your credits and show what you've unlocked.
• To check payments against our bank or mobile-money statements.
• To protect the directory from copying and the site from abuse.
• To email you about your account: confirming your email, password resets, and payment updates. We don't send marketing without asking.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It is handled only by the services needed to run the site: our web host, our email provider, and Cloudflare if the Turnstile captcha is on. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and payment records are kept while your account is open and as long as needed for accounting and to settle questions about payments. Security records are kept for as long as they help protect the site.

Your choices

• Change your name, phone and password on your Account page.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or to close your account and delete what we don't have to keep.

Business information in the directory

The directory is built from public business registration and trade licence records. If you run a listed business and want details corrected or reviewed, contact us and we will look into it.
